I have always wanted to create a mini market of sorts within the cafe and we are slowly working toward that goal. Just recently, we were able to purchase a big Grab & Go fridge that is just across from the bathroom.
We converted an old, closet space into our new market area. Over the coming weeks and months, we will be adding more food to take home and bake such as:
- Family sized Borek
- Individual borek
- Take and bake Baklava and Kunefe
- Turkish slow cooked vegetables dishes
- Our dips
- Bottled Lemonade, Sour cherry juice in individual and family sized bottles.
Believe me when I tell you, our ideas of what to fill it with is always spinning and truly in the process of all coming together to be able to offer you Turkish food in greater variety to enjoy at home!
Once we get that in full gear, our next goal is to get a freezer to pair with it for frozen Manti, meatballs, and so much more.
Little by little, we will be bringing a little bit more of Turkish tastiness to Salt Lake City!
