Well hello there! Have you met Nitro Tea or Lemonade yet?
No? Well, it is one of our very exciting additions for the spring season!
We have recently purchased a 3 tap nitro fridge that will house 15 gallons of your favorite your drink: Tea, Coffee, & Turkish Lemonade.
I’m sure you are familiar with Nitro coffee with the influx of various coffee shops adding that to their menus the last few years. The bubbles add a bit of creamy foam to the coffee, adding a richness in which you don’t really need to add cream.
Our tea and lemonade is using the same concept. First we will cold brew up one of our herbal teas, like gallons of it, overnight for the florals and teas to slowly infuse the water with their yumminess. Then, it gets added to the keg and connected to the tap! That’s all folks and VOILA cold, rich tasting tea in all their glorious color! The Nitro also amps up the flavor notes of the tea. Can you imagine how our Istanbul tea will taste on tap between the rose and the dried strawberry flavors bursting thru?!
We will be serving our Nitro assortment in Belgian style pilsner glasses, perfect for enjoy the patio on a summer evening. What we have come to realize over the past few years is that the combination of Mindful drinking of eclectic non-alcoholic beverages coupled with the fact that its hard to get a beer/wine license, we decided to embrace our strengths and out of the box thinking and serve a beer-esque beverage utilizing all our lovely teas and coffee.
Our herbal blended teas will rotate each week but our lemonade and coffee will be constant! Come on over and give it a try! Maybe we will even offer a flight of flavors using our small tea cups! You know us, always something creative going on over here!
